How big is the panda?

The panda is about 5 cm tall with a head about 3 cm wide. The bamboo charm hangs just below it, and the split ring and short chain sit on top. See the actual-size photo in the gallery.

Does it really move?

Yes. The head, the body with arms, and the belly with legs are separate pieces on one metal pin, so they swing and wiggle as you move. They are not meant to come apart, so please don't pull them off the pin.

What is it made of?

The panda and bamboo are 3D printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, in black, white, pink and green. The pin, split ring and chain are silver-tone metal. The colours are printed in, not painted or stuck on, so there is nothing to peel.

Will it last with daily use?

It is made for everyday keys and bags. Avoid yanking it or bending the pin, and don't leave it on a car dashboard or in strong sun, as PLA can soften in high heat. Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth.

Is it a toy?

No. It is a keychain and bag charm. It has small parts (tail bead, bamboo charm and rings) that could be a choking hazard, so keep it away from children under 3.

What if it arrives damaged?
