Refund policy

At Foshe, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers.


1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse.

Exchange is applicable for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item delivered

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.


2. Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds for size issues or change-of-mind requests.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The replacement item is out of stock.

    • A verified manufacturing defect cannot be replaced.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Used, washed, or damaged products


4. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Product images (if damaged/defective)
